Hering Harmonicas are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Any products found to be faulty at the time of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at Hering's discretion, at no cost to the user.
Hering Harmnicas are not warranted against normal wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence, misuse, tampering or alteration. If this is found to be the reason for needed repair work, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
Purchasers returning a user harmonica for repair will receive a written estimate of the repair charges. Our service department will await approval before proceeding.
It is also possible for us return the harmonica without undertaking any repairs, if the quote is found to be unacceptable. |
